How long do I have to stay?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases, so you’re never locked into a long-term contract. Store your items for as long or as short as you need.

Can I store my RV or camper?
Yes! RV and camper storage is available at 1429 New Burton Rd, Dover, DE. Access hours are convenient for pickups and returns. Spaces fill up quickly near the end of the season, so call early to reserve your spot.
How do I get access to my unit?
Use your personal keypad passcode at our 1429 New Burton Rd location. Please note that if your account is overdue, your code will be temporarily disabled until payment is made.
How do I keep my things secure?
We provide tenant insurance for extra peace of mind. Always ensure your unit is securely locked before leaving, and never share your gate code with anyone.
What if I need to switch units?
No problem! We offer a simple transfer process if you need a larger or smaller storage unit. Most customers find our movers can maximize space efficiently, often needing less room than expected.
